• 1 3/4 tbsp Cinnamon
• 200 g Confectioner's sugar
• 1 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
• 1 Fleur de sel if desired
• 1/2 tsp Fleur de sel or other flakey salt
• 1 drop Gel food coloring, brown
• 1 drop Gel food coloring, yellow
• 219 1/4 g Granulated sugar
• 3 1/2 tbsp Granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 Smudge blue gel food coloring, TINY
• 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
