17.25" Black Cartwheel Hatinator Base Woven Sinamay Hat Form for DIY Millinery Supply Round with Sleeve for Heaadband Not Ready to Wear

One cartwheel woven sinamay straw hat base in slate black that measures approximately 17.25" (43.8cm) in diameter. Crown is 1.25" (3cm) high and the crown width is approx. 6" (15.24cm). The edges of the brim are finished in wired sinamay. The multi-layer stiffened sinamay straw has a great sturdy weave and provides excellent support for your millinery creations. This is NOT a ready to wear finished hat and will not stay on your head unless you add a head band or elastic to wear. This base does have a small sleeve sewn into the crown that will accomodate headbands listed separately in my shop. Add embellishments of your choice.
