The client wanted to keep the original colour so we restored this staircase as close as possible to its original state - give or take a few marks and stains from 130 years.

First we ripped out the carpet and gripper before punching all the nails down to hit it with the Edger for sanding. Up next is the stair muncher which is a beast of a machine! Then we scrape the corners and trim. The holes get puttied up and then the orbital goes over the entire staircase. The triangle sander ensures no corner gets missed.
