Soap foam is such a fun and easy sensory play recipe to mix up. It can be whizzed up in minutes using only 2 ingredients, water and washing up liquid (dish soap), and it feels so soft and fun to play with. Soap foam can be made in any colour of the rainbow by adding a little food colouring. Playing with soap foam is such a fun sensory play experience for toddlers and preschoolers (and big kids too!) that is suitable for both outdoor or indoor sensory play.

Jess | Sensory Play with a sprinkle of mindfulness on Instagram: "⚠️ Warning ⚠️ this is really really messy play and a whole heap of fun!! CHIA SLIME Another one of my favourite messy play bases. Here’s what you’ll need 🟢 1/4 cup chia seeds 🟢 2 cups water (you can always add more if you want a slimier consistency 🟢 Food colouring 🟢 1/2 cup corn flour I tripled the recipe for me to be able to use this between 2 trofast tubs. You can literally use this base for any theme or simply for some fun messy play - just change the colour! Olivia | Play Based Learning Ideas on Instagram: "Here’s the recipe: 1/2 cup water + 1/4 cup bubble bath for each color. I got this recipe from @busytoddler. For color, I added a little food coloring then whipped it with mixer on med-high for one minute. I brought out my mixer to the backyard so I can soak in some vitamin D with my toddler. This festive messy play idea was a big hit with my toddler who played for one hour. This is the perfect play idea for St. Patrick’s Day! Save this idea so you can try it too! 🍀🌈🎩 . . . . #lowpreplearningideas #simpleplay #messyplay #waterplay #openendedplay #invitationtoplay #lowprepwednesday #toddleractivities #playhacks #preschoolplay #sensory #playbasedlearning #learningfun #stpatricksday #stemplay #playtime #playideas #toddleractivities #stempl Messy Play Birthday Party, Messy Play Party Ideas, Halloween Messy Play, Waterplay Ideas, Messy Play For Toddlers, Lab Decorations, Messy Play Activities, Play Hacks, Playbased Learning
