Sazón completa ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil “Chicharrones” or cooked bacon, chopped (I use chicharrones but you can also omit this step) 2 cups of parboiled rice Salt to taste Instructions Add your beans, water and bay leaf to a pressure cooker over medium-high heat and cook for 18-20 min. until beans are soft. Release the pressure from the pot and set aside. Do not dump the water, reserve for later use. In a heavy, large sized pot, add in your bell pepper, onion, garlic, sazon completa and ¼ cup of olive oil to make your sofrito.
