Ingredients for sushi rice: •3 cups of calrose rice Botan brand or any sushi rice •4 cups of water •2 tsp. salt •1/3 cup of rice vinegar •3 tbsp. sugar •3 tbsp oil For the baked salmon: about 2.5 pounds of skinless salmon 1/2 cup of your favorite teriyaki sauce.
