The top includes 3 ties in the front, Juliet / puffy sleeves that include elastic for a comfortable fit. The bottom is a ruffled hem. Ganni inspired (bc who has $200 to spend on a shirt) Measurements : laying flat it’s a 20-21” across the chest and from the neckline to the bottom it’s 23” it’s more of a L. Fabric has minor imperfections. Home has a cat & dog; item is washed before going home w/ you! I also include washing instructions!
