A Rural Hall man was arrested Thursday for his alleged role in an Oct. 26 shooting in the 1100 block of Brook Hill Park Drive, authorities said Friday.
Korey Emmanuel Banks, 22, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, inflicting serious injury, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office said. The sheriff’s office didn’t identify the victim of the shooting.
Banks was being held Friday in the Forsyth County Jail with his bond set at $35,000, the sheriff’s office said.
Banks was scheduled to appear Friday in Forsyth District Court.
The Oct. 26 incident was a domestic dispute that escalated into violence, the sheriff’s office said.
