Our Services organization is seeking a motivated intern to join our dynamic team, working on customer journey analysis and strategic improvements in iCloud attachment and payment success.

Description

This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic analysis and customer relationship management within a fast-paced, dynamic setting. In this role, you will: - Explore key reasons behind customer engagement and non-engagement with our services, identifying barriers that may prevent full utilization. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive churn analysis, gaining insights into what drives customer retention and attrition. - Work on analyses, which may lead to strategic recommendations aimed at boosting critical performance metrics, such as increasing iCloud attachment and payment success rates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics or similar fields of study.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
