Super creative, I think it could have progressed a bit slower, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time with this game

Developer

thanks, apprecieate it!

Awesome concept. While there were a lot of tasks to keep up with, I appreciated that you simplified them so I didn't have to hyper-focus on one (like fixing errors in the console by spamming any key on the keyboard). I also loved details like the enemies not dying until you move the health bars to 0% yourself.

I wouldn't say simplified, more time and creativity constrained :p
In a perfect world we'd probably slow down the game a little and deepen the mechanics a tad bit, but the game is most likely to become abandoned for the foreseeable future

but even if the simplicity is somewhat accidental, thanks for the kind words and playing the game!

I love how many things are going on in this game! It's really chaotic making sure all the HP is right and making sure he has stamina. I guess that's why we usually leave this up to the computer, but this game is executed really well. Good work!

If you have time, I'd love it if you'd check out my submission!

This game makes me wish I could use two computer mice at once, haha. Gosh, the panic between having to drag the enemies’ hp to make sure they die, spinning the spindle and taking care of potions really makes this game intense! Very solid experience!

Genius concept! All these game mechanics are so cohesive and perfectly deliver the experience of what it's like to be a game.

We have the same concept to  play as a UI. But my game is to cheat secretly to keep the "player" survive. You game inspire me a lot about how to perform the emotion of the "player", which could increase the sense of substitution. Really excellent job!

really nice concept thats surprisingly easy to understand! i got a bit overwhlemed at points but i still liked it a lot!

I call that the game jam difficulty, you just need to play test it for hours and get gud (for the record I didn't get gud) ;p

but it's very reassuring to hear that the game is intuitive, thank you

I love the concept, and I'm impressed with how many mechanics you were able to get into the game. The game gets frantic very quickly. Nicely done. :)

from the start we knew the game was going to be chaos, and not only the game, the code of the game as well, it's spaghetti all over! thankfully that doesn't show thru as much (I think)

This is a really interesting concept! I got a bit overwhelmed in the game once errors were added (had a hard time balancing health, stamina, + errors), but really solid game for 48-hours!
