Vintage 1960's Cream Raffia Straw Hat With Ribbon Bows / The Stern & Mann Co / Approx Size 22

Fun vintage hat from the 1960's. This is made with a straw/raffia type maetial and is adornes with four grosgrain ribbon bows around the base. Small brim. Label reads, "Stern & Mann Co" Canton OH Good to wearable vintage condition. General, minor signs of wear. Some discoloration and brim has gotten a bit bent out of shape. Roughly a size 22, maybe 22.5 I have a 21.75" head, and this had room.
