It's made of sinamay (3 layers ) and satin. A nice sinamay bow is trimmed with satin ribbon too, very cool, one of my favorite hats! High quality. It's more beautiful in person! Great for Kentucky derby, weddings, church, Easter, Royal Ascot, horse races, cocktails, tea party, or any hat wearing occasion. Hat base size: From front to back: 19" (48cm) From left to right: 18.25" (46cm) Wide brim appr: 6" (15cm) Crown Depth: 3.5" (9cm) Hat girth: 21" (53.34cm). It fits a normal head girth of 22.5" or less, adjustable string inside to make smaller to fit your head. If your head shape is unique, I don't recommend this style for you.
