On top of that, we're going to drizzle a little bit of our marinara sauce and we're just going to give this a quick toss. We just want those noodles lightly coated with the marinara so they're not very dry. We're going to put one block of cream cheese right down. This is going to melt down wonderfully and I'm going to go with some ricotta cheese here. You need about eight ounces. Now, alternate to ricotta would be cottage cheese but I just really love ricotta. Now, we're going to do another eight ounces of sour cream right over everything. Sour cream is so good. It is probably my wife's favorite condiment and we're just going to spread our cheese mixture over our noodles here. If lasagna and spaghetti had a love child, it would be this Million Dollar Spaghetti. It is absolutely delicious. Once you make this, you're not going to want spaghetti any other way. I'm going to add a layer of Parmesan cheese because this is my favorite chi of course we gotta hit it with a little bit of Italian seasoning we just want to season this layer lightly now have one pan of cooked and drained taco meat we're going to pour in an entire jar of our marinara sauce right on top give that a quick mix now we cook our ground beef with a little bit of salt pepper garlic and Italian seasoning so this stuff is seasoned beautifully we're just going to pour half of our meaty sauce mixture over the top of our cheese mixture and we're just going to spread that out wall to wall again we're going to make this a layered dish like a lasagna we're going to take the other half of our noodles just go on top here and my hands are clean so I'm just going to spread this out with my hands this is just the easiest way to do this now we take the other half of our meaty saucy mixture we're going to pour that on top and we're going to give this one final spread again we want to get every inch of this stuff covered in that delicious meaty sauce now we're going to top with some butter pads I have a fourth a cup of butter here and we're just going to spread this out over the top evenly this is going to melt down into all the goodness below just like that now we're going to top with one 1/ 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese again spread that out we're going to get every inch coated in that cheese and that sauce and we're going to do a couple more sprinkles of Parmesan on top and we are ready to go we're going to cover with foil and bake this for about 40 minutes in our 350 degree oven come back and enjoy some delicious Million Dollar Spaghetti alright our Million Dollar Spaghetti is done. We baked in the oven for about 40 minutes. The last 10 minutes uncovered to melt that cheese. Let's go ahead and dig into this. Make sure we get all the meat, all the cheese, that sauce, and look how good that looks you guys. Let's try a bite. That is delicious.
