1 Gelatin sheets (2g)
Milk chocolate 90g
Heavy cream 35% 135g 
*Donut mold size: 6.5cm diameter mold

Chocolate Sable cookie
Unsalted butter 110g
Powdered sugar 50g
1 Egg yolk 20g
All-purpose flour 105g
Cocoa powder 20g
Pinch of salt
Vanilla extract 3g
*Bake at 350F for about 10~12 minutes 

Tart base
Chocolate sable cookie (Chopped) 130g
Feuilletine 70g (If you can’t find this, you can substitute it with chocolate sable cookie)
Milk chocolate (melted) 90g 
Cocoa butter (melted) 30g 
*Used tart ring size: Diameter 8cm 

Milk chocolate ganache
Milk chocolate 30g
Heavy cream 35% 45g 

Spray
Milk chocolate 30g
Cocoa butter 20g 
Melt and spray at 45C
