Salt
3/4 cup ricotta cheese 
3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese 
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
