The QL is a common source of pain. It overworks if you’re sitting a lot, especially if you have weak spinal muscles and weak core muscles.

💪 Try this movement to stretch your QL and release your low back pain.
Go for 10 reps each side.

❗️Don’t perform the exercise abruptly; lower your hips under control, slowly.
❗️Don’t forget to warm up before doing the exercise!
