Snohetta plans to restore the 1937-built harbor bath Knubben as a present to the inhabitants of Arendal, Norway. The public space, which is slated to be completed in 2024, will take the form of an undulating, tiered landscape. The facility had a 33-foot diving platform, a children's pool, changing facilities, and a kiosk, all designed by Ketil Ugland.
