- tbsp black pepper
- 20ml soy sauce
- 1 egg
- 40g cornflour/cornstarch

Airfry 200°C for 10-12 minutes
Oven Bake 220°C for 15-18 minutes (typo in video timings)

Korean Glaze
- 60ml soy sauce
- 80ml water
- 2 tbsp low cal ketchup (brand: Heinz 50% less)
- 3 tbsp gochujang paste (found is most supermarkets)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 30g brown stevia (brand: pure via)

* �Dice 600g raw chicken breast into cubes 
* add tbsp black pepper , tbsp garlic, tbsp soy sauce, 1 egg and 30g cornflour‼️
* ��Mix together 
* Oven or Air fry for @220°C for 15 mins
* ��Set aside and on medium heat add:
* ��70ml soy sauce 
* Tbsp light ketchup
* Tbsp Sriracha 
* Tbsp Honey
* Tbsp Gochujang paste 
* Splash of rice vinegar & 
* Tbsp brown sugar and your cooked chicken 
* ��Stir together and let it simmer 
* Finish with spring onion & sesame seeds
