One day when Jesus was standing by Lake of Gennesaret ,he saw two boats of fisherman. He asked Simon to let down his net to catch fish. Simon said, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” When Simon did so, he caught so many fish his net began to break. Simon fell to Jesus’ knee and pleaded that he was sinner, Jesus said, “From now on you will fish for people.”

He thanked God for saving him from the great depths of the ocean and for His forgiveness. Jonah also thanked God for being in His presence once more after running away. And after 3 days in the belly of the great fish God directed it to vomit out Jonah upon the dry land.
