ALL for HER

Curating each All For Her event starts with a feeling. How do we want people to feel while listening to our panel, watching our style show, shopping with our vendors and driving home? What lasting message do we want to leave? The words that bubble up during planning meetings are empowered, supported and uplifted.

Our goal with this event is to bring women from all stages and backgrounds together to promote conversations and connections. All For Her has become a place for women to realize their worth and connect with women similar or entirely opposite from themselves. It has been a place where women can realize it’s time for something in their lives to change.

This year’s panel, themed “Inspire Her: Stories of Strength and Success,” promises to be a transformative experience. The wealth of varied experiences each woman brings ensures that this talk will leave a lasting impact on every participant.

We’ve secured an incredible group of diverse, dynamic women, including:

Nikki Davison: A retired Air Force recruiter turned yogi, small business owner and advocate for people battling addiction.

Kelly Moore: Business and community development officer at cfsbank who is passionate about volunteering, community engagement and empowering women in leadership.

Toni Corinealdi: Senior program manager of empowerment and outreach for Neighborhood Allies and Fund My Future PGH, focused on financial literacy for children and promoting diversity in leadership.

This panel will be moderated by Briane Agostinelli, a seasoned coach, organizational development consultant, wellness practitioner and “meaning maker.” It’s truly the most diverse panel we’ve ever hosted!

Our style show promises to entertain with fabulous fashions from the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center, Kaleidoscope II, Vintage Grace Boutique, Fussy Revival and Dress for Success.

The event highlights women-focused organizations, nonprofits, and small women-owned businesses each year, a testament to the strength and unity of our community. We want the community to know and feel how important it is that we stick together and uplift one another. When one woman rises, we all rise.

UPMC Washington has been our partner in All For Her since its inception. Thank you to Stephanie Wagoner and her team for their unwavering dedication to this event. We are incredibly fortunate to have the support of our host, the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center, and our sponsors, vendors and partners. Your contributions make this incredible endeavor possible. A special thank you to the All For Her committee for their thoughtful efforts in making this event a reality.

In the past, women have walked away having made new connections and feeling heard. Women have been raw, open and honest about their struggles. It’s become an annual tradition for many women to come with their daughters, mothers, grandmothers or girlfriends for an inspiring night out. I hope you, too, come together with friends, new and old, at All For Her this year.

So shop, talk, chat, listen and enjoy! Your presence and support mean the world to us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Meet our panel moderator Briane Agostinelli

Briane believes that each person and group holds the power to honor who they are and create a meaningful life when the right blend of awareness, care, alignment, choice and action is nurtured.

Briane is a seasoned coach, organizational development consultant, wellness practitioner and meaning-maker. Briane brings over 15 years of experience working with individuals, teams and organizations to live and lead with personal and collective integrity and greatness. She has led impactful initiatives for global Fortune 100 companies such as Cigna, Sun Life and NYL and is a partner with Organizational Wellness and Learning Systems. Her expertise spans industries including government, health insurance, data analytics, clinical operations, sales, nonprofits and startups. Fun fact: her first job and launching point was as an exercise physiologist at the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center.

Briane’s unique approach stems from her understanding that in all aspects of life, people consistently strive for a sense of meaning. Yet, many struggle to define or realize this unique vision. She discovered that a missing link is often the creation of meaningful, intentional moments. By focusing on the present and embracing each moment as an opportunity to align with one’s true values, Briane transformed her own life into one she is proud of, inspired by and enjoys. Her professional and personal experience has inspired and prepared her to empower others to create their own path to meaning as they navigate life’s chosen and inevitable changes, transitions, and transformations.

She provides expertise and experience in diagnostics, human-centered design, coaching, consulting, team effectiveness, change leadership, organizational design, facilitation, holistic wellness, emotional intelligence, emotional regulation, energy expansion (Reiki & Biofeedback), and trauma-informed care.

Soe examples of what currently gives Briane meaning are time with friends, family, animals, nature, movement and organizing and creating new activities and memories that provide love, joy, fun and encouragement for others. She lives by the quote, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

Kelly takes pride in her bank’s mission as a sustainable and independent community bank that helps customers reach their financial goals, employees flourish, and the communities they serve thrive because Together Everyone Achieves More.

We live in a time where technology is fast-paced, ever-changing, and readily available at our fingertips. It makes a difference when your banker knows your name and has your back.

Kelly co-founded the Women In Leadership series held at the Nemacolin Country Club in collaboration with the Mon Valley Chamber of Commerce. This inclusive event is held three times a year and celebrates leadership amongst women with engaging keynote speakers. It also focuses on supporting women-owned businesses for vendors. Kelly believes in the power of a good prayer, hard work always pays off, coffee is better iced, and some days, you just need to turn the radio all the way up and sing like no one is listening, and even if they are listening, who cares!

Panelist Nicole Davison

Nikki is a 24-year veteran of the United States Air Force. Currently, she lives in Cannonsburg with her husband Adam (also retired from the United States Air Force), her three sons (Alex, 22, Logan, 18, and Wyatt, 10), and her two cats, Axel and Baxter.

Nikki left for Air Force basic military training through Pittsburgh’s Military Entrance Processing Station in 1996. From there, she went to Andrews Air Force Base, where she worked at the hospital for eight years as an aerospace medical technician working in units such as medical evacuation, labor and delivery/postpartum/nursery and women’s health clinic. Nikki then finished her tour of Malcolm Grow Medical Center, where she worked on the multi-service unit, in 2004. While Nikki enjoyed her time in the hospital, she craved something more. She applied to be a recruiter, was accepted, and had a successful four-year tour in Fred erick, Md., as an enlisted acces sions recruiter. In 2008, she moved to Mechanicsburg, where she worked as an MEPS liaison and further refined her professional sales skills, preparing her for her next career move. In January 2012, Nikki and her family moved across the country to Layton, Utah, where she was an enlisted accessions flight chief responsible for 69,000 square miles. Her

career came full circle when they traveled back across the country to Canonsburg in May 2015. As the operations flight chief, she supervised Pittsburgh, Mechanicsburg and Cleveland MEPS until she retired in February 2020. She was honored to earn six silver badges and presented with multiple awards and accolades during her 24year career, but the work she does today is most humbling.

Since retirement, Nikki has worked hard to find her place in this world, starting with completing a master of science in complementary and alternative medicine with a certification in Aromatherapy from the American College of Healthcare Science in Portland, Ore.. She connected deeper into her spirituality and became a Reiki practitioner. Through the practice of yoga, Nikki discovered a serenity she didn’t know was possible, which inspired her to become a certified yoga teacher with 200 hours of training. She started her own business in 2022, Blue Ripple Blends, to share her knowledge, strength and hope with others by blending various modalities to meet each client’s specific needs on their own healing and wellness journey. Nikki is grateful to be immersed in the recovery community, where she engages in speaking events, provides mentoring and volunteers.

She is a certified life coach along with a two-time Strong Women Strong Girls nominee. Washington Health System joins the UPMC family

After more than a century of providing great patient care to our community, Washington Health System, like hundreds of other independent rural hospitals, found itself in a position of financial uncertainty due to rising operational costs and reduced government reimbursement for health care services.

When WHS and its board of directors were faced with the reality of risking a not-so-distant closure, they sought out affiliation proposals from several regional healthcare providers. The board thoroughly reviewed the proposals and unanimously selected a partner based on the

organization’s ability to secure the future of local health care as well as where they would seek treatment for themselves or their loved ones.

In June 2023, WHS and UPMC announced an affiliation agreement between the two entities to integrate WHS into the UPMC system. One year later, on June 1, 2024, WHS officially joined the UPMC family as UPMC Washington and UPMC Greene.

This affiliation ensures the preservation of local access to high-quality, sustainable health care for years to come. It also secures the jobs

of over 2,000 skilled healthcare workers and maintains the organization’s status as one of the largest employers across Washington and Greene counties.

Over the next 10 years, UPMC is committed to not only maintaining Greene County’s core services — they intend to grow UPMC Washington as a healthcare destination. With a pledge to invest $300 million to upgrade facilities and grow services, this substantial investment will improve and expand close-to-home access to clinical excellence, building upon the already-established local joint ventures and clinical affiliations in oncology, pediatric specialties, women’s health and heart and vascular care.

UPMC has also committed to improving the health of the community far beyond the walls of its hospitals and centers. UPMC has pledged

to contribute impactful investments, ongoing charitable care and community benefits to improve the health and well-being of the people and places they serve. UPMC will enable the Washington Hospital Foundation to provide $40 million in support of initiatives that will benefit the community and partner with community leaders to enhance the economic vitality of Washington and Greene counties.

“We are extremely pleased that our hospitals, outpatient centers and physician practices have joined one of the nation’s largest and most successful integrated health care providers and insurers,” said Brook Ward, UPMC Washington president. “This is an exciting time for our team, our patients and our community.”

The difference between a

A gym and a wellness center can provide physical activities, but the primary goal of each facility is different. Other differences between these two facilities may include the amenities and other services, such as personal training, day spa services, pickleball, support groups, clubs and nutrition services.

Purpose of a gym versus a wellness center

A gym typically focuses on working out and providing exercise equipment to help people become physically fit. The primary purpose of a gym is for people to build muscle strength, burn calories and improve their physique.

On the other hand, wellness centers, in addition to exercise equipment and group exercise classes, offer various activities and amenities. Wellness centers offer activities like yoga, meditation, massage therapy and other relaxation therapies such as facials and restorative bodywork. These services promote overall mental and physical health rather than just focusing on physical fitness alone. What is the main difference?

The main difference between a gym and a wellness center is that while gyms focus on physical health and fitness, wellness centers pay attention to fitness and mental and emotional well-being to align the entire person through mind, body and spirit.

Gyms often lack the resources or atmosphere needed for people to relax and unwind after working out, but such amenities are present in many wellness centers. The atmosphere at each facility can also be quite different. At a wellness center, you typically find people of every age and demographic whereas gyms usually have a younger majority.

Paying attention to your physical and mental health is essential to achieving true well-being, making a wellness center like the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center a great option.

gym and a wellness center

From a spa and sauna to swimming and over 75 group exercise classes per week, our facility offers everything you need to connect mind, body and spirit. The Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center is not only a wellness center but also a medical fitness center. This means that we collaborate with health system departments and physicians for specialized programs.

Some examples of these programs include our Integrative Cancer Program, designed for people newly diagnosed with cancer and paid for by grant money. There are medical memberships that a physician can refer you to, allowing you to work with an exercise physiologist and registered dietitian who can customize a program for you over a 90-day period. In addition, we have joint pain Pilates classes, Parkinson’s fitness classes, adaptive swim lessons, personal training and so much more. Which should I choose?

Ultimately, when deciding between a gym and a wellness center, it is essential to consider your individual needs and goals. Both gyms and wellness centers can offer fantastic opportunities to improve physical health and overall well-being. With so many options available today, you should explore what each facility offers and find the best fit.

Cameron Wellness Center or learning more about the wide range of services and amenities offered at our wellness and medical fitness center, contact us today.
