Victorian Amethyst Girandole Briolette Earrings in 14k Gold

Ah, the classic girandole! This shape of earrings is so elegant and attractive and hard to find. These earrings are all handcrafted in 14k (unmarked and tested). They each have three briolette cut amethysts that are approx 14mm long by 7mm at their widest. The earrings are 1 1/2 inches long from the top of the ear wire to the bottom drop, by just over 3/4 inch wide. The foliate design is typical of jewellery of the 1870's - 80's and these are in very nice condition. They are most likely British in origin. Follow me on instagram@jettesjewels.
