They turn out slightly crispy on the outside with a gooey center, come together in about 10 minutes and are just perfect for a healthier sweet treat! Enjoy right away for best results! Here’s what you need: 1 small ripe banana 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder Optional: chocolate chips and sea salt to top Preheat oven to 350F. Mash the banana then fold in the peanut butter and protein powder. Let it sit for a minute or two and mix again as the protein will start to slightly thicken the dough.
