UPDATE: An apology is not a solution. You claim these circumstances were 'beyond your control,' yet it was fully within your control to provide the electric boiler you promised before Christmas, or to authorize a simple heater before 30 days had passed. It was also within your control to offer alternative accommodation instead of leaving a student to freeze during exams. As of today, I am still being charged the FULL RENT for an uninhabitable apartment. I am waiting for action, not more 'standard procedures'. -------------------------------------- I chose Joivy because I trusted their brand, even recommending them to two friends who are now their tenants. I am now deeply embarrassed by that recommendation. Since December 12th, my experience has been a nightmare of negligence and broken promises. Before Christmas, Joivy explicitly promised me that the heating would be fixed. They went as far as promising that if the repair failed, they would immediately provide electric heaters and an alternative electric water heating solution so I could at least maintain basic hygiene. They delivered absolutely nothing. I was left to spend the entire Christmas and New Year period shivering in a freezing apartment, with no heating for over 30 days and no hot water for 10 days in the middle of a Turin winter. This isn’t just "uncomfortable"; it is a violation of basic human rights and rendered the apartment legally uninhabitable. What makes this even more cruel is that I am currently in my university exam period. Instead of studying, I have spent a month fighting for a simple shower and a warm room. The stress has been unbearable. It took them a full month (until January 12th) to approve two simple €20 heaters; they ignored their previous promises and left me in the cold at the most critical time of my semester. Despite their admission of delay, they still have the audacity to charge me FULL RENT on the app for next month. They want me to pay rent for a house that's uninhabitable and won't even offer a discount. I believe they are treating me this way because I am a foreign student and they think I don't know my legal rights. They are mistaken. I am currently in contact with my Consulate to take formal legal action. I'll deal with this after my exams. Joivy takes your money quickly, but when things go wrong, they leave you frozen and alone, deprived of basic human needs. Do not be fooled by their professional photos; their management is incompetent.

Went on the 'Lego' website and saw a link to Student Beans. It promised a discount to the disabled. I sent sensitive documents to get verified, which I was. Clicked on a link to 'get my discount' at Lego, spent £220 and got NO discount! After contactinng Student Beans, someone called 'Joshua Torio' replied. I now believe it is A.I. replying as no-one is that STUPID! Apart from the replies being days apart... I am kept being asked to state what company I was using and for me to screenshot the error. I have stated SEVERAL times now 'Lego', and that there is NO error... Just no discount? So 'Joshua Torio' replied again stating 'sorry for the confusion', 'Please screenshot the error'! 'Joshua Torio' seems to be STILL CONFUSED! I don't know how many ways/times I can state THERE IS NO ERROR, JUST NO DISCOUNT! As I mentioned, 'Joshua Torio' has to be A.I. because NO-ONE can be that STUPID and INCOMPETENT! So I have uploaded sensitive documents to what could be a scam to STEAL data? I have wasted so much time replying to what is probably A.I.; That CANNOT understand BASIC English. I am now so stressed out and worried about the documents I uploaded! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

My delivery was scheduled for 27/01/2026 with a time window of 1pm–5pm. I was then informed it would be late, followed by a call at 4:33pm saying the delivery would arrive within 35–45 minutes. It eventually arrived over an hour later. When the drivers arrived, they only delivered one box. I was told the remaining items would be brought in shortly, but after waiting several minutes, I was handed a phone and told to speak to the office. I was then informed that the other three boxes had been left behind because they were forgotten during loading — an error the office openly admitted was theirs. Despite this, I was told that any refund or resolution would need to be handled by the retailer, which is frustrating given the mistake was entirely down to the delivery company. To make matters worse, I had to listen to the driver and office discussing the mistake on loudspeaker in my hallway, which was highly unprofessional. Overall, this was a poorly managed delivery that wasted a significant amount of my time. Missed items, late arrival, and lack of ownership over an admitted mistake make this an unacceptable service. I would not recommend BJS based on this experience.

I joined up the middle of 2025 to play the instant win games. I had some really good wins the first month or two but after that, barely anything. Id have max tickets on all the ones I played and never once had a main win. I also saw a pattern of the same initials or names coming up as the end of competition winner which seems a bit off. Also, they seemed to decrease the number of tickets you can buy on the cheapest instant win game even though the overall amount of tickets is really high. The ones that are lower tickets are double the amount you can buy compared to that one which doesn't seem to make much sense. I ended up closing my account as I was just losing hundreds a month and when you know you haven't got a chance at winning the main, all of the fun goes out of it. I believe the site would benefit from showing who's won the instant win prizes as well and also if they just had a self exclusion option without you having to try and add up what you've already spent to cap yourself. That way, it's a lot safer for people who suffer with a gambling addiction.

Very negative experience with Natural Pharmaceuticals. My partner ordered from them once, and since then it has been impossible to get rid of this company. We have repeatedly told them to stop sending any more products. By phone they confirmed that they would stop, but in reality nothing changed. They kept sending packages anyway. We also tried contacting them by email, but they never replied, so there is no written confirmation or customer support outcome. Despite all this, they still demand payment for products we did not intentionally order. This behaviour is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. Based on our experience, I do not recommend Natural Pharmaceuticals.

The product is excellent. Buzz Supplies contacted me to say that the manufacturer had a problem and delivery would be delayed. At the time they had expected to get the product, they did not contact me to say that it had again been rather delayed, but when I contacted them they then did so - and surprisingly, sent me another VAT invoice, though I had already paid via Paypal! Unfortunately their delivery agent Evri took two extra days to deliver it, having failed the previous day, and then delivered it to the front door when I had specified the back door. Communication with Evri was not as good as with Buzz - and at least Buzz tried hard and apologised for the delay.

We had seen a Krishna frame on the Nex Home website. We were a bit concerned initially about spending money without actually checking the product, however after discussing with Nex Home team we ordered the product. The product was delivered in 4 days and while the packaging could be improved the quality of the product is excellent. There is no difference between how the Krishna frame looks online and the product delivered. Thank you Nex Home team for building this relationship of trust and the beautiful Krishna frame.

This is a scam - plain and simple. I just hope that others check them out before purchasing. Their product has absolutely no non-stick properties and everything I've cooked has been a disaster. They are also impossible to clean back to a suitable condition. The customer returns policy is a joke - customer pays shipping back to China and if it's been used they won't accept it. I've also reported them for fraudulent practices to Meta as the reviews are all fake and the product does not work as advertised.

Jack was absolutely brilliant in helping me sort out my car insurance renewal. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the policy actually suited my needs, and saved me a lot of hassle in the process. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to come away from an insurance renewal feeling confident and looked after, but Jack made it easy. Highly recommended.

What can I say, absolutely amazing service and I’m genuinely blown away by the customer service support. Plumbingforce kept me updated all the way through the process including the arrival of the gas engineer. Joe our gas engineer was superb, very professional, helpful and friendly. The actual product is lovely, but when i had minor issues with the delivery and a bit of cosmetic damage i was so impressed with the customer service team who assisted almost immediately. The delivery team was also very considerate on the day, with the issue being purely accidental. Will definitely look at dusk again for future orders.

My mum and dad are both elderly and there boiler was written off. Phoned Eco happy at 2pm and they sourced the boiler i wanted and were at the house next morning and fitted the boiler. Exceptional service from start to finish. Customer service with Louise and Hayden was exceptional. Would highly recommend this company.
