Frilly 70s Sky Blue Chiffon Maxi Dress, Bishop Sleeves, Victorian Styled

This is a frilly sky blue poly chiffon 70s maxi dress. It has a high neck collar that is ruched and a sheer neckline with a ruffle that sweeps over the bust and shoulders. It has long bishop-style sleeves and ruched cuffs that button. The top has a blousy fit and there is elastic at the waistline and a sash belt to cinch in the waist. The skirt is a loose flowy A-line skirt that falls to the floor. The dress zips up the back with a nylon zipper and a keyhole detail to the collar that fastens with buttons. The dress is fully lined in a sky-blue acetate. Condition: The dress is in good condition with a few small spots to note. On the front of the skirt lining there are a few little yellow spots. They are faint and they do not show with the chiffon overlay. There is also one small gray mark on the front of the skirt near the hem. The dress has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.
