Ingredients - Tomatoes - total 3  2 for puree, 1 for chopped pieces  Ratlami Sev or any Sev of your choice - 1/2 bowl. Coriander, curry patta and green chilli   Dahi (curd)- 2 tbsp + red mirchi, dhaniya powder, haldi, jeera powder.  Masalas in puree ( add in moderate quantity as Sev is full of salt and spices) rai, jeera, hind, salt, red mirchi, dhaniya, haldi,sonth (1/2 tsp), garam masala( 1/2), gud, kasuri methi (1 tsp).
