Having strong glutes can help reduce back pain, hip pain, and knee pain. It can also help prevent injuries and improve athletic performance.

These muscles can atrophy (decrease in size and strength) from disuse and sitting a lot.

These are a few of my favorite glute strengthening exercises! Try to do 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps of each and repeat 3-5 times per week!
