Departemen Pertanian Amerika Serikat (bahasa Inggris: United States Department of Agriculture; disingkat USDA, biasa disebut Agriculture Department) adalah departemen eksekutif federal pemerintah A.S. yang bertugas membuat dan melaksanakan kebijakan pemerintah mengenai pertanian, kehutanan, dan pangan. Departemen ini bertujuan memenuhi kebutuhan para petani dan peternak, mempromosikan perdagangan dan produksi hasil tani, menjamin keselamatan makanan, melindungi sumber daya alam, mendorong komunitas pedesaan, dan mengakhiri kelaparan di Amerika Serikat dan negara lain.
Departemen ini dipimpin oleh Menteri Pertanian yang merupakan anggota Kabinet Amerika Serikat. Menteri Pertanian A.S. saat ini adalah Tom Vilsack.
