Diakhir acara ia dinobatkan sebagai pemenang meneruskan tugas Miss Grand International 2017, María José Lora dari Peru.
Pada babak 5 besar, pada finalis mendapatkan pertanyaan yang sama, yaitu: "If you were crowned Miss Grand International 2018 tonight and you could choose one country for your first visit to run your first 'Stop the War and Violence Campaign', which country would you choose and what would be your message to them?"[2][3]

If I have the honor of being Miss Grand International 2018, I would choose to visit Donald Trump, because the United States of America is an example for other countries. So my first message for him would be to be an example of peace, love, and tolerance.
