The Bachowski family purchased a 29-foot, 2005 Freight Liner school bus with 120 square feet of living space for $5,000. They spent four months converting it with the help of Vera Custom woodworking, and $30,000 later, Buster the Bus was ready for the road.

Olly, the converted school bus, is being offered up for sale by his BC, Canada-based owners, with convenient ownership opportunities in Canada and the United States.

Architecture and landscape architecture graduate student Caleb Brackney bought a 36’ 1995 Thomas International school bus on Facebook Marketplace in February 2020 for $3K. The rest of his only 10k budget he spent on turning the bus to a tiny house one wheels.
