PUPPP rash help--- a few baths with Epson salt and tea tree oil made the rash go away in about a week. Not too hot in the tub and soak as long as you can. a benadryl every night before bed.A lot of places suggested heavily to keep the rash moisturized; I, however, found that I found the most relief when it was drying out. Can anyone tell me what this rash is on my leg? It itches like crazy and I've had it for awhile, it won't go away. I haven't switched up my shampoo, conditioner or anything, not even my detergent.
