No bench? No problem, you can come to the floor for the moves on the bench. Alternating chest and triceps each move here so no need to rest between moves. Take a 1-3 minute rest between rounds.

1. Alternating cross raise
2. Overhead tricep extension
3. Chest fly
4. Skull crusher
5. Chest press
6. Narrow tricep press (sound on to hear the different between moves 5 and 6)
