This is probably one of my MOST asked questions. How did I lose my “mom pouch”? I worked to rehab my abs for 12 weeks. A huge part of my motivation was to get my abs back. However, having a weakened core postpartum actually leads to other problems such as: pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, pelvic pain, and can lead to injuries.
