Early 1900s vintage white cotton petticoat with a hoop skirt from the 1980s... this was used as a costume or for a historical reenactment in the 80s or 90s, and we've left it together just as we found it. It's not perfectly period, but it works together and looks pretty! The hoops are modern synthetic material, cheaply made, one size fits all. It's 36" long from waist to lowest hoop, 38" long to hem.
