The Bavaria Saddle Horn Bag by TPar LeatherWork's is hand made, from 100% full grain leather. It is 4/5 oz. leather, that has been oiled. It is soft and flexible and very durable, grate leather for Saddle Bags. Definitely a low maintenance leather. Like all the products we make, it has been made well and made to last a lifetime. Easily attaches to your saddle, just drop it over the horn, and you're ready to go. It has two Dee rings, one on either side, makes it possible to tie it down. It has Snaps on either side of the bag to keep it closed. All corners have been riveted, for Long term Durability. Probably made in the USA Dimensions: 7" x 7" Gussets: 3"
