Here’s what you need (3 servings about 1 cup each) ◻️ 3 eggs ◻️ 6 oz cottage cheese ◻️ everything but the bagel seasoning (or any seasoning of your liking) ◻️ 2 cups chopped spinach ◻️ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese How to make it 👇 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350F (180C). 2️⃣ In an oven-safe dish crack the egg and add 1/3 of the cottage cheese.
