Music Box

A full range of renders for my final 3D asset design, which was conceptualized, modelled, textured and rendered from scratch. I wanted to create a small but detailed 3D model completely from my own design which would not only showcase good topology, but effective texturing and rendering also. I modelled the entire asset in Maya and 3DS Max, Zbrush for the organic Ballerina and textured the entire model in Substance and Photoshop. To render I used Arnold within Maya. 1770 French Bird Organ Music Box with a Beechwood Case and Marquetry Decoration, Leonard Boudin, Paris, France

A small music box received from a young Yharnam girl. Plays a song shared by her mother and father. Inside the lid is a small scrap of paper, perhaps an old message. Two names can be made out, however faintly. Viola and Gascoigne. Used for the Father Gascoigne Boss Battle.
