I find it displays the macarons very beautifully compared to a platter of them. Here are some tips when it comes to making one 👇🏼 • 🤍 MACARON SIZE: you can choose to have all macaron shells of the same size, or a combination of smaller and larger macarons, depending on the look you are going for. I created all of mine in equal size using my @shoptheflourgirl template mat • 🤍CAKE BOARD: use a cake board to secure the cone to, to provide a base for the tower, and to support the bottom layer of macarons.
