1. You’ll need white chocolate, pink food colouring or cocoa butter colour. 

2. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. 

3. Once melted, divide the chocolate into two portions. Add pink food colouring or cocoa butter color to one portion and mix until evenly colored. 

4. Pour the white and pink chocolates into separate piping bags. Snip a small corner off each bag and pipe petal shapes onto parchment paper. 

5. Layer the petals on top of each other, alternating between white and pink, to create flowers shapes. 

6. Allow the chocolate flowers to set at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator for faster setting.
