Canada Community-Building Fund in Ontario
The Canada Community-Building Fund (CCBF) provides up-front, predictable long-term funding to help address local infrastructure priorities. Over the next five years, the CCBF will invest over $4.7 billion in the province of Ontario, starting with $895 million in 2024-2025.
The first transfer of the 2024-2025 fiscal year was made. The Association of Municipalities of Ontario received $358,355,127.50, the City of Toronto received $88,296,371.50, and the Government of Ontario received $1,088,649.50.
CCBF supports community growth by providing funding to infrastructure projects that can contribute to the increase of housing supply and affordability.
