This filigree 3 stone ring is set with 3 genuine natural red garnet gemstones. The oval full cut red garnet in the center is 4.5mm. The 2 garnets on each side are 2.5mm. The face of the ring is 15.5mm (5/8th") east-west on the finger and 7mm (1/4th") north-south on the finger. The inside of the band is marked 14K for gold.
