CARE INSTRUCTIONS Please turn the tee inside out before washing Warm machine wash in gentle cycle Do not bleach Do not dry clean Do not iron over the printed designs. Backside design requires additional fee, please make sure to add the fee into your purchase. HOW TO ORDER 1. Select your shirt design, color & size in the drop down menu. See style and size chart in pictures for each style. Please refer to the charts for measurements. If you are not sure about size please measure your favorite item and compare measurements to the chart for the best fit for you For the colors you cannot find in drops down menu, please choose the Other Color (Msg me) and inform us the color you want. We will inform you if the color is not available in our stocks. 2. If you have, add your personalized designs, enter customization in "Add your personalization" field 3. Click Add to Cart, then go back and repeat for each shirt. SHOP POLICY We ship to the "shipping address" that is used when you check out. Please be sure the address is correct. We cannot offer refunds if items are mailed to old/incorrect address in your order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages or delays caused by mail carrier services. We are not experiencing any delays due to the extraordinary conditions, but please note that the mail carrier services in some areas experience delays, so please allow for extra shipping time. IMPORTANT NOTES If you want to add or change anything on the existing design that we show in the display picture, please contact with the seller from message box to ask if the changes and additional request can be done or not, if you do not ask and request for it without asking in the order, we will ship the item as it is without the requests done. Please check the color charts for the size and type of the t-shirt you want, not every color is available for each type of t-shirts. We have several different t-shirt brands, if you only want one particular brand please ask us for availability, if you do not ask, we will ship the available brand. If you enter wrong address with your order, we will try to help you if you message us from the message box only if the item has not been made and processed to the packaging level to ship the item. Average answering time is between 30 minutes and 2 hours. However, as sometimes we are experiencing a high volume of emails, we can respond to your messages in 8 hours at the latest. CANCELLATION POLICY You can cancel the order in 2 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel after 2 hours because we start printing process ASAP for to ship orders as ASAP. RETURNS We do not except returns unless items are somehow damaged. This is due to our shirts being made-to-order custom for your special day. SHIPPING We will always do our best to ship all items as soon as we possibly can. Due to the nature of custom printing, current turnaround time is 1-3 days to custom print and ship your items. We use Fast USPS Shipping w/ Tracking (U.S.A and International). We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our shop. If an item is seen having delivered; we are not responsible to ship another item. PLEASE check with your local post office for further information. If you think that you have received another item than you have ordered, please send us the photo of it. We will attempt to solve the problem as soon as possible.
