Each spoke is 14 inches from top to tip, 25 inches across the open bottom and 19 inches from top to hook handle. It is SMALLER than a standard rain umbrella, it is parasol sized. Some people think it is a little small out of the box, but think it is perfect, once they use it. It covers from about shoulder to shoulder, over an average adult. It is large enough to make a nice statement, but small enough to manage while dancing, without it being intrusive.
