45min · 4 servings Baked Feta and Olives- this is one of my most favorite creations if all time and I can’t wait to make it again and again. It’s super easy and delicious and perfect for lunch or when having people over. The flavor and aroma is second to none! Ingredients: • 1 cup cherry/grape tomatoes • 11.9 fl oz jar @centofinefoods Greek Mixed Seasoned Pitted Olives, drained • 4 oz feta cheese, I used Bulgarian Sheep Feta • 3 garlic cloves, crushed/shredded • 1/4 cup olive oil • 1 rosemary sprig • 4-5 thyme sprigs • Black pepper, to taste • Smoky chili flakes, to taste @im_crushn • Garlic rubbed crostini, for serving Method: • 1. To a skillet add tomatoes and drained olives; season with olive oil, garlic and black pepper; mix and and make a well for the cheese;
