This is a double recipe for my whole family so I started with ½ chopped onion sauted, 2 lbs of ground beef and seasoning. This is what speaks Italian to me, Flavor God Garlic Lover and Italian Seasoning. Next I added a jar of low carb marinara sauce and let simmer on low for 5 minutes. I cut these egg white wraps into strips. They can be used for so many things.
