Made my way down to the river for some good ol’ river water. Of course coming down and taking, I must also give. Give offerings, praises and time. The river is special not only because of Osun but also because its great for cleansing, renewal, nourishing, etc. The river symbolizes the flow of life, change, and the ability to let go of negativity; people may bathe in river water, pour it over themselves as a blessing, or use it in rituals to cleanse objects or spaces.
