Let’s use our fractions for an easy way to break down the components of a healthy plate:
✔️ ¼ of your plate should be clean protein
✔️ ¼ of your plate should be complex carbs
✔️ ½ of your plate should be non-starchy veggies
✔️ And throw 1-2 tablespoons of healthy fat in there!

I love this hack because it gives you a million and one different options for building a healthy plate! Y’all, I cook most of my family’s meals at home and don’t use a recipe for the majority of them. I simply know what makes a healthy meal…and now you do, too!
