Resistance training 3-4x a week: I personally focus on lower weight, higher reps & do 2 lower body + 1 upper body day!   3. 10k steps a day: this may seem like a lot but  it’s not as hard as you may think! I’ve had my walking pad for over 2 years and it has seriously been a game changer.
