Take them out of the freezer the night before you want them and let them sit in the fridge to thaw overnight. Bake off the thawed rolls the next day. You can also make the filling a couple days before you want to assemble these and just park in the fridge. Leftover filling can be used to make future rolls or to make lasagna or lasagna rolls . . Spinach & Cheese Puffs . . 2 sheets puff pastry (I used a brand where the package of puff pastry has 2 sheets) Filling: 1 (10oz) pkg of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed out of all water 1 (15oz) container ricotta 1/2 cup crumbled feta 3/4 cup grated parmesan 1
Andrea on Instagram: "✨Stuffed Mushroom Dip✨ 1. Take an 8oz container of mushrooms and roughly chop up. 2. Add your mushrooms to a medium to high heat pan with 3 TBSP of butter. 3. Cook just a couple minutes then add a large scoop of minced garlic. Toss all together. 4. Cook an additional couple of minutes until garlic is fragrant. Then set aside. 5. In a separate bowl add one block of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese and season well with pepper and a garlic herb seasoning. 6. Now add your mushrooms in the mixture. 7. Grease a 8x8 pan and pour your mushroom mixture in there. 8. In a small bowl mix 1/2 cup Italian panko bread crumbs and 3 TBSP of grated Parmesan cheese.
