IEEE Xplore: Connector translation is rerun every time the cursor leaves and reenters the page

It is caused by a monitorDOMChanges() line added in #3150 https://github.com/zotero/translators/pull/3150/files#diff-81af869ad57127c637d33a6dcb9090f00f445bf6d1236c4f68075814192397dbR39 by @adam3smith. I'm not sure what it's used for, but any time you leave the mouse cursor from the browser window and return, it causes that element to change and detection to rerun. If we can, we should monitor some other element, or monitor less properties or something.

Sorry about that. I'm pretty sure the MonitorsDOM is needed for search results, but I won't have time to look at this for at least a couple of weeks, so would be good if someone else could.
