Isn't it possible to send media files inside a chat?

I'm a new user. I've been testing all the options of your software. Just a simple question for you

Currently I start talking to someane

chat_with_peer user

Message 1
Message 2

Now I want to send a vídeo with the command send_video but I can't do it inside the chat. I must use the command /quit and then send the video and lately go inside the chat again.

This is not practical. Is there any way to directly send the video inside the chat?

I tried /send_video file.mp4 but inside a chat doesn't take it as command. Inside a chat is just standard text
